General Order 2004-03, Section 7.0 (G) - Personal Appearance

Tattoos and/or body piercings must be covered by approved uniform apparel or other methods as approved by the Police Chief.  Members hired prior to December 1, 2009, with visible tattoos are grandfathered under this section.  Grandfathering does not apply to any new tattoos obtained by any member after the effective date of December 1, 2009.
