• Since 1986, the Bedford Police Department has been trying to solve the murder of Janet Elaine Love. On April 24, 1986, Janet Elaine Love failed to arrive at Dallas/Fort Worth Airport for her schedule shift at Delta Airlines. Janet Love's friends became concerned about her welfare and upon checking her Bedford apartment, found Janet deceased. Janet Love died from a gunshot wound and she likely passed away in the early morning hours on April 24, 1986.
